In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to Public Safety Memorials.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any General or Special Law to the contrary, the site of the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial and the Massachusetts Fallen Firefighters Memorial at the Massachusetts State House shall remain open to the public seven days a week during times when the Department of Conservation and Recreation Rangers are on duty.
