An Act relative to dual agency disclosure.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 87AAA¾ of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “dated.”, in line 10, the following sentence:-

Said form shall include, but not be limited to, providing in bold conspicuous font that a dual agent will not have the ability to satisfy the duties of loyalty and full disclosure, and said information shall be verbally explained to the buyer and seller.
