An Act regarding the human resources division.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4A of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (b) in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any duty, task or responsibility formerly under the purview of the personnel administrator shall reside with the secretary of the executive office for administration and finance, including, but not limited to those responsibilities identified in section 41 of chapter 6C, sections 28, and 28A of chapter 7, sections 45, 46, 46I, 49, and 53 of chapter 30, sections 47A and 61A of chapter 31, and section 5 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
