An Act relative to the advertisement of motor fuel.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 295D of Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking it in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-
Section 295D. Any advertisement of motor fuel other than those required in section 295C shall display the total price including all taxes.
