An Act relative to plumbing engineers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general of special law to the contrary, the board of registration of professional engineers and land surveyors, established under section 45 of chapter 13, shall promulgate rules and regulations to establish and certify the registration of a class of engineer specifically trained in plumbing.
