An Act creating a grant program for municipal and regional energy efficiency managers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 10 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (b) by inserting after the words “in adoption of demand side reduction initiatives” in lines 18-19 the following words:-

all or a portion of the salaries of municipal or regional energy managers;
