An Act reducing permitted idling times.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 16A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “in excess of five minutes” and inserting in place thereof the following “in excess of two minutes”.
