An Act relative to certain alcoholic liquor licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Chapter 138 of the General Laws is hereby amended in section 15 by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
“; provided, however, any person or entity who holds licenses under both this section and section 18 or 19, which licenses were granted prior to January 1, 2011, shall be entitled to obtain licenses under this section in accordance with the other provisions of this section.”
