An Act relative to proper notification of license renewal.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the thereof, the following words: "The Registry of Motor Vehicles shall notify, via US Mail, all motor vehicle operators that their license is due to expire, no less than 45 days prior to said expiration.”
