An Act relative to cultural district eligibility for the MassWorks infrastructure program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 11 of chapter 238 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “instrumentalities” the following: - including, but not limited to, instrumentalities acting on behalf of state-designated cultural districts, as established by section 58A of chapter 10 of the General Laws,
