An act to include Federal Law Enforcement Officers as police officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of Chapter 90C as appearing in the 2010 official edition is hereby amended by striking the word “and” in line 79, and further amending by inserting after “chapter 22C” the following: - any federal law enforcement officer”
