An Act relative to custody of children by persons on military service overseas.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 209B of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following section:-
Section 15. Any person who has been awarded custody under this chapter and who is subsequently deployed in overseas military duty shall, upon return from such deployment, resume custody without any further legal proceedings.
