In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act authorizing the lease of certain property in the town of Ludlow.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 16 of chapter 30B of the General Laws or any other generalor special law to the contrary, the town of Ludlow may lease to Ludlow Boys & Girls Club, Inc. for ten (10) years or less all or any portion of of its property know as the Ludlow Community Center located at 91 Claudia's Way in ludlow, together with the right use appurenant access roads, parking spaces and related facilities located outside the Community Center, upon such terms and conditions as the board of selcetmen deems appropriate, in accordance with the vote passed pursuant to Article 2 on the warrent for May 14, 2012 special town meeting.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
