An Act relative to prescription drug distribution.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 403 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out section 7 and inserting in place thereof the following section: -

SECTION 7. Chapter 244 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by inserting, after section 25, the following section:-

SECTION 25A. Section 4 shall take effect on December 1, 2013.
