In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to retirement benefits for Matthew Swaine.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Cityof Leominster Retirement Board shall retire Matthew Swaine under the terms and conditions of ordinary disability retirement pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
