An Act preventing discrimination based on veteran's status.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection 1 of Section 4 of Chapter 151B of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the word "or" after "genetic information" and by inserting after "ancestry" the following: "or past uniformed military service, including with the National Guard,"

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
