An Act relative to the Falmouth Historic District Commission.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 654 of the Acts of 1975 is hereby further amended by adding the following to Section 7.

        Section 7 (A)The commission shall hold a hearing on any application and shall give public notice of the time, place and purposes thereof by posting notice with the Town Clerk 7 days in advance of the meeting.  Notice shall also be sent by regular mail to property owners within 100 feet of any part of the land of the applicant who are also within the historic district. Or do or take any other action on this matter.
