An Act authorizing the town of Webster to issue one additional all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises of 41 Worcester Road.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the licensing authority of the town of Webster may issue one additional license under section 12 of chapter 138 for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises designated to 41 Worcester Road in said Webster to a license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises.  The license shall be subject to to all of said chapter 138, except said section 17.  The licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of the license to any other person, organization, corporation or location.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
