In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to income tax applicable to Diana Manning.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Nothwitstanding Section 4 of Chapter 62 or any other general or special law to the contrary, income tax shall not be applicable to Diana Manning of 25 Bates Park Avenue, Beverly, MA 01915 from the period of January 1, 1986 to September 1, 1986 and any income tax paid from January 1, 1986 to September 1, 1986 by Diana Manning shall be refunded to Diana Manning upon passage of this act.
