An Act authorizing the abatement of a certain sewer betterment assessment in the town of Sturbridge.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the expiration of the six-month appeal period in section 5 of chapter 80 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Sturbridge may abate a sewer betterment assessment on a parcel of land in the town, known as 47 Hillcrest Street.
