An Act relative to the appeal of a site plan decision in the town of Stoneham.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a site plan decision of the Stoneham Board of Selectmen or the failure of the Board of Selectmen to take final action concerning an application for site plan approval, may be appealed by an aggrieved person, municipal officer or board pursuant to, in accordance with, and in the same manner that a zoning appeal may be taken pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c.40A, sec. 17.
This Act shall take effect upon passage.
