An Act to exempt certain projects in the town of Bernardston from the prevailing wage law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, public construction projects in the Town of Bernardston funded by the town of Bernardston estimated to cost $50,000 or less shall be exempt from the provisions of Sections 26 through 27H of Chapter 149 and Section 39M of Chapter 30 of the General Laws.
SECTION 2: This act shall take effect upon its passage.
