An Act relative to the position of assistant clerk in the Second District Court of Southern Worcester.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 21, the words “second district court of southern Worcester”.
SECTION 2. The second paragraph of said section 10 of said chapter 218, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the line reading “first district court of northern Worcester;” the following line:- "second district court of southern Worcester;".
