An Act relative to the appointment of special police officers in the town of Millbury.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 1 of chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to contrary, the maximum age for a special police officer appointed in the town of Millbury shall be 70 years of age.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
