An Act relative to the competency determination for high school graduation.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the competency determination for public school graduation as defined in subsection (i), of section 1D, of chapter 69 of the General Laws shall take into account competency determination in United States history.
