In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to voter registration agencies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 50 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 118, the following:- “and of all state agencies that provide public assistance or assistance to people with disabilities, offices that provide state-funded programs primarily engaged in providing services to people with disabilities, and any other offices which the state secretary shall designate by regulation”
