An Act relative to political designations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 38 of Chapter 53 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in line 19 after the word “primary” the following:- “provided further, that voters registered with a party or political designation which does not run a candidate shall be considered unenrolled and shall be eligible to receive a ballot of a political party of their choosing.”
