An Act extending the Environmental Joint Powers Agreement that created the A-B-C Stormwater Flooding Board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Environmental Joint Powers Agreement that created the A-B-C Stormwater Flooding Board may continue until December 31, 2017. This act shall not limit the abilities of the parties to terminate the agreement.
