In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the Department of Environmental Protection water pollution project regulations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Department of Environmental Protection shall promulgate regulations under 310 CMR 44.00 relative to projects receiving financial assistance from the state revolving fund which exempts a community in which 25-percent of the total land mass is protected as permanent open space.
