An Act relating to reptiles and amphibians.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 23 of chapter 131 of the General Laws as appearing in the applicable edition, shall be amended to include after “listed” in line 25, the following sentence: “with the exception of reptiles and amphibians listed in the categories of Least Concern (LC), Data Deficient (DD) or Not Evaluated (NE)”;
