An Act relative to experienced drivers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the fourteenth paragraph the following new paragraph:- This section shall not apply to drivers with no at- fault accidents for 10 or more years prior to the date of the third surchargeable incident within the past 24 months.
