An Act making technical corrections to the governing committee of the assigned risk plan.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (B) of section 113H of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “write”, in line 94, the following words:- “over 51%”
