An Act relative to liability coverage under the Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 175C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 11, after the word “coverages” the following: including liability coverage for non-owner occupied residential dwellings of one (1) to four (4) units, either by endorsement or as a stand-alone policy.
