In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to fees charged to insurance companies for certain services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no city or town may charge a fee or seek reimbursement for any costs or expenses which may be incurred involving the use of police, fire, and other emergency responder services, personnel, supplies, motor vehicles or equipment in responding to a motor vehicle accident, fire, or other emergency.
