In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to pediatric nursing care facilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4J of chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The second paragraph of section 19 of chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
