An act eliminating duplicative health insurance reporting requirements and assessments.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6C of chapter 118G of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 288 of the acts of 2010, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 18B of chapter 118G of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Section 188 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 3 of the acts of 2011, is hereby repealed.
