An act relative to the protection of public housing residents.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 40 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph:-
(i) A housing authority shall not provide such housing to any person who is convicted of a public nuisance crime as defined by section 93(1) of chapter 93D.
