An Act relative to the redetermination of alimony.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, upon an action for modification of a judgment for alimony based on a change of circumstances, the court may consider facts relative to the change of circumstances without regard to the date the facts arose, either before or after the changed circumstances were brought to the attention of the court.
