An Act on court cost of indigent persons.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 27A of chapter 261 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 9 and 10, inclusive, the words "Community Services Administration pursuant to section 625 of the Economic Opportunity Act, as amended;" and inserting in place thereof the words: - Department of Health and Human Services;
