An Act relative to supplementary process.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                SECTION 1.  Section 19 of chapter 185C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, after the phrase “which shall be paid by the party entering or filing the same”, in line 10, the following phrase:- “provided, however, that the fee charged for the entry of supplementary proceedings under chapter 224 shall be the same as in the district court”
