An Act prohibiting falsification or impersonation of an emergency medical technician and/or paramedic..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 33 of chapter 268, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 9, after the words “department of revenue” the words: - “or emergency medical technician, or paramedic,”.
