An Act relative to the theft of copper wire.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 142 of chapter 266 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 8, by striking out the words “fifty dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “five hundred dollars for each instance”
