An Act relative to conditions of release for persons admitted to bail..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 58 of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “revoked”, in line 39, the following:-
if after hearing a judge determines that said person will seriously endanger any person or the community,
SECTION 2: Said section 58 of said chapter 276, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting, in line 6, after the word “revoked” the following:-
if after hearing a judge determines that said person will seriously endanger any person or the community
