An Act promoting gender equity.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 123A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 77 by striking the words “of the opposite sex” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “in a sexual manner”.

SECTION 2. Section 53 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 3 by striking the words “of the opposite sex” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “in a sexual manner”.
