An Act relative to liquor license applicants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 15A of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in the first sentence of the second paragraph, the words “abutting on” and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- within a 250 foot radius of.
