In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the Massachusetts Judicial Conference.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3B of Chapter 211 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph:-
Meetings of the Judicial Conference shall not be held during court room hours and any meetings held on weekends where any member of the Conference, his spouse or any relative or staff members stays overnight in any motel, hotel or rooming house; any expenses incurred for food, lodging, parking, telephones or any recreational use or activity; shall not be paid by taxpayer money.
