In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to participants in entertainment exhibitions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 60 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 19 and 20, the words “on the stage for a limited period in a play or musical comedy in a theatre” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “for a limited period as a participant in a theatre, circus or any other public exhibition“
SECTION 2. Section 104 of chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 11 and 12, the words “on the stage for a limited period in a play or musical comedy in a theater” and inserting in place thereof the words:- “in public exhibitions in any of the above aforementioned entertainment capacities”
SECTION 3. Section 104 of chapter 149 is further amended by inserting, in line 11, after the word “from” the following words:- “appearing or”
