An Act relative to climate conditions in public schools.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 113 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 10, after the word “thereto;”, the following words:- provided, further, that rooms in actual use at public schools shall be properly cooled during the period from May fifteenth to October fifteenth, according to reasonable rules and regulations adopted by the attorney general establishing minimum requirements with reference thereto;
