An Act regarding protections extended to lay teachers in parochial schools.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The sixth paragraph of section 1 of chapter 150A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 53 by inserting after the word “their” the following words:- professional and
SECTION 2. Said chapter 150A is hereby further amended in line 54 of the sixth paragraph of section 1, as so appearing, by inserting after the words “professional and” the following words:- to protect the right of
SECTION 3. The third paragraph of section 2 of chapter 150A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended in line 23 by inserting after the word “nurse” the word:- professional
SECTION 4. Subsection (r), section 6 of chapter 151A of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
