An Act relative to the drug Salvinorin.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 31 of chapter 94C is hereby amended in subsection (e) by inserting the following subsections under the Class C schedule:-
(17) salvinorin A
(18) salvinorin B
(19) 2-methoxymethyl salvinorin B
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
